GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All products are sold with the express understanding that the Purchaser and/or User are thoroughly familiar with their proper use. Friends Hardware assumes no responsibility for the use, misuse or misapplication of its products. Warnings and Cautions are outlined in the end.
Products are of commercial quality and standards. Friends Hardware does not make any warranties of fitness of its products for any particular application or any other warranties, express or implied.
Products are guaranteed against defective material and workmanship at the time of shipment. Our liability is limited to replacement of material or refund of the purchase price. We will not be responsible for labor charges and consequential damages.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Large/Heavy items are shipping via UPS Ground. $10.00 minimum purchase is required.
Friends Hardware reserves the right to cancel any order when shipping address is different from the Billing Address. WE DO NOT DROPSHIP.
We ship to the contiguous continental United States only.
REFUND POLICY:
You may expect to receive your refund within one week of package delivered to us.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
The shipping cost received with order is non-refundable after an order is shipped.
